Your coaching journey will begin with some diagnostic work. I’m a certified professional coach and ELI (Energy Leadership Index) master practitioner, which means I specialize in uncovering the perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors that are working for you and against you.
From day one of your coaching, I will be dedicated to helping you find balance, feel more fulfilled and discover success for your life and career. It is a partnership where we design a plan based on your agenda and desired outcomes.
